By accessing and using our products, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Terms of service
1. App delivery
After purchase of an app has been processed, an account will automatically be created for you to access the app settings. You will receive an email with a link to set your password on this app’s account.
If you do not receive an email, please add [email protected] to your address book and then click to reset password on the app login page. Your email used to purchase the app will be your username. If you still haven’t received the email, please contact us with online chat, or by email at [email protected].
2. Updates
We will periodically make updates to apps to fix bugs or improve your experience. All users who are in free trial or have an active account will automatically receive these updates. No further actions are required to receive these benefits.
3. Renewal policy
Subscriptions to our apps are offered on a monthly and yearly basis. By default you will be enrolled in automatic payments and will not have to do anything else for continuous service. The payment will be deducted automatically from the payment method you opted for. You may update payment method in “My Subscription” tab of your account profile.
If you wish to cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription, go to “My Subscription” in your account profile. Cancellations and downgrades will be processed at the next payment period. Upgrades will be prorated for your current plan and be processed immediately.
Cancelled subscriptions may be resumed at any time with the re-subscribe button on the “My subscription” tab of your account profile. If you have already purchased a subscription plan to one of our apps you will not be able to purchase a second subscription to the same app using the same credentials.
4. Refunds
We think our products are great, but we understand that they may not work perfectly for everyone. Therefore, we offer a 30-day free trial period on all of our subscription plans to all of our apps, so that you may cancel without risk. We do not grant refunds past this trial phase without reason.
If you have an issue we can’t resolve that comes from not being able to install the app properly or use the app to perform its essential functions, we will happily consider your refund request. Please note that issues caused by third party components is not grounds for a refund. To request a refund please open a “Refund Request” ticket.
We will offer refunds at our sole discretion. By purchasing subscriptions(s) from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal actions.
5. Prices & payment
We process payments through Stripe. Your payment information must be kept up to date to ensure continuous service. We reserve the right to modify, change, cancel, or upgrade a subscription without prior notice or consent.
The prices of all subscriptions are subject to change without prior consent. We may adjust the fees for the next payment period up to once per payment period. We will announce all price changes in advance on our website or via email.
6. Emails & support
Support for subscriptions is mainly done through email correspondence. You may use the ticketing system on our site, or email us at [email protected]. Our apps are supplied “as is” and we do not guaranty that they will function exactly as you wish or be compatible with other third party components.
Fern Apps LLC may occasionally send you emails related to the purchase of subscription(s). We may also occasionally send emails relating to updates and changes to your active subscriptions. We will not sell or disclose your email to any third party vendors not required for the use of our apps and service.
7. Acceptance & consideration
Fern Apps LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order or any part of your order for any reason. Furthermore we reserve the right to cancel your subscription(s) for any reason at any time for the life of the subscription(s). If your credit card has already been charged and we choose to cancel your subscription(s) a refund will be issued to your card in the amount of the canceled, unused portion of your subscription(s).
Support and updates are only available for apps with active subscriptions for which you have paid the applicable fees or are in the free trial period.
8. Ownership
All apps are the property of Fern Apps LLC. Therefore, claiming our products’ intellectual or exclusive ownership rights is strictly prohibited. Use of our apps does not imply ownership.

9. Warranty
Our apps are offered and sold with the aim to be useful ecommerce tools. They are provided WITHOUT any warranty, and without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose.
10. Privacy
We will keep non-public information collected in connection with our apps strictly confidential. This does not apply to suggestions or feedback on our apps.
You shall not share any personal data with Fern Apps LLC other than described in our Privacy Policy. If you do, you will not hold Fern Apps LLC responsible for any and all related costs and damages.
11. Limitation of liability
Fern Apps LLC accepts no liability for any damages caused in connection with the services under this agreement except in the case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. This includes but is not limited to damages due to loss of data, lost or missed revenue, or failure to operate.
Our apps are “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses due to the use of or inability to use our apps. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages.
12. Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
