What data do we collect and store?
Account settings
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information provided in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).
When you register on our app specific dashboard settings, we will store your settings and data for use of the app(s). Users can see and edit these settings at any time in their dashboard settings for the app(s).
Purchases
When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
- Send you information about your account and order
- Respond to your requests, including refunds and complaints
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Set up your account for our store
- Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
- Improve our store offerings
- Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them
If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used to populate the checkout for future orders.
For the purposes of processing recurring subscription payments, we store the customer’s name, billing address, email address, phone number and credit card/payment details.
Tickets & contact forms
We have a support ticket helpdesk system where you can contact us for help or support. We collect your name, email, IP address, content, and personal information so that we can respond accordingly.
Reviews & comments
When visitors leave comments or reviews on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form. We also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies & tracking
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed
- Location, IP address, and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes
We’ll also use cookies to:
- Keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
- Fill in your details when leaving comments if you opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience and will last for one year.

Access to and sharing your data
Google user data
Any of our apps’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The requested access to the user’s Google data is limited to the services necessary for the features of the app. For the Funnel Analytics app, Google Analytics data is used to provide funnel reports and Google Tag Manager data is used to simplify the tag-building process.
How long do we retain your data?
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, and billing address.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Who on our team has access?
Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, Administrators can access:
- Order information like what was purchased and when it was purchased
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing information
Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds, and support you.
Who we share your data with?
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
Visitor comments and forms may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example Stripe. We accept payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

What rights do you have over your data?
You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
